By downloading, accessing, or using the Leo&Tiger mobile application (the "App"), you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide and improve our core loyalty and ordering services, we collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Identification Information: Name, Email address, and Phone number provided during registration.
• Third-Party Authentication Data: If you choose to log in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive strictly your basic profile data (Name and Email) provided by these services. We do not have access to, nor do we collect, your passwords for these external accounts.
• Profile & Demographic Details: Date of Birth, Gender, and Dietary Preferences (e.g., Vegetarian, Vegan) that you voluntarily provide to personalize your experience.
• Device Information: Device push notification tokens (via Expo) to deliver relevant updates.
• Usage Data: Transaction history, loyalty points accumulation, and app preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We strictly use the collected data for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Service Delivery: To authenticate your identity securely via Firebase Authentication, manage your user account, and accurately track your loyalty points balance.
• Personalization (Crucial): We use your stated Dietary Preferences and Date of Birth exclusively to tailor rewards, recommend relevant items, and provide specific birthday promotions.
• Communication: To send you critical account updates and, solely with your explicit OS-level permission, promotional push notifications.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties under any circumstances.

We share necessary data solely with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate the App:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication, real-time database hosting, and cloud storage.
• Expo: Used for the secure routing and delivery of push notifications to your device.

4. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Your login credentials and identity tokens are secured by the robust infrastructure of Google, Apple, and Firebase.

5. Data Retention and Your Deletion Rights (Important)

You retain full ownership of your personal data. We keep your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

Right to Delete: You have the absolute right to request the complete and irreversible deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly at any time by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account within the App.
• Web/Email Deletion Request: Alternatively, you may request data deletion by emailing us at the address provided below. We will process your request within 14 days.

Consequences of Deletion: Please note that deleting your account will result in the immediate and permanent loss of all accumulated loyalty points, transaction history, and profile data from our active databases.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
